Here’s why you shouldn’t trust Zillow’s home price estimates.
“Is my home worth what Zillow says it is?” Probably not. Sometimes those Zestimates are too low, and other times, they’re too high.
Zillow has been around since 2007, and I’ve been selling real estate since 1981, so I have a little more experience than Zillow does regarding pricing. Not only that, but Zillow also doesn’t have any agents in our area. Their numbers are completely driven by algorithms—they guess what your home might be worth based on data.
My team and I will look at your home, ask about the improvements you’ve made, and compare your house to the competition. If you’re planning to sell your home, you want to call a professional like me to tell you what your home is worth.
If you have any questions or would like a free home valuation, call or email us at the Roth Team. We’d love to help.
